New Features

  • Broke ground on our prototype feature: Published Files (Coming Q1 2024)

    • Out with PDFs, in with Cinapse Published Files

    • Published Files allow UPM and ADs to freeze your working file’s data and publish a view-only, interactive version of the latest schedule to the entire crew

    • Published Files allow recipients to:

      • View the one-liner, shooting schedule, and DooDs —- all-in-one.

      • Quickly find your strips using our new Table of Contents feature

      • Compare current schedule to previous schedule, and auto-highlight all the changes

      • Filter the schedule by any set, scene, episode, category, or element you choose

      • Search the schedule

      • Switch between Schedule-Order and Script-Order

      • View the schedule in color or black-and-white

Improvements

  • Rewrote the algorithm on generating Shooting Schedules and Doods to improve speed of report-creation. Reports of any size should generate within less than 1-2 seconds now

  • New offline/online mode indicator UI

  • New “share” menu

Bug Fixes based on User Feedback

  • Fixed long element-names in Element Manager from text-wrapping

  • Disabled “Create file” button while in Offline mode

  • Removed vertical auto-centering of a strip when selecting a strip

  • Fixed “comfortable” and “compact” visual feedback in Layouts Manager

  • Fixed hotkey [tab] in feature-film files

  • Fixed multiple rule stripboard sorting
